A little stretching is good before a workout.
It’s important to stretch properly, or you might get a strain or sprain in your workout. That’s bad.
So, I get out my yoga mat and stretch for a while.
Sometimes, I don’t workout at all. I just do the stretching on the mat.
It’s good in and of itself.
And it keeps me limber.
My doctor said that I needed to be limber.
Can’t get that in a pill or a shot.
You need stretching for that.
So, I stretch on my mat.
Before a workout, or just for stretching’s sake.
